Story Description: Two households, both similarly wealthy (in the grandiose Cherkersk Empire, where the story is set), start a conflict from an ancient grudge, and society dirties its hands with polite blood. The Lord Regent is holding a ball, and has warned of threatening consequences should blood be spilled. It's up to a small group to protect their household's honour while making the other capitulate without bloodshed.
