**Story Description:** "Operation Last Stand" is probably the most well-known story from the "Spectacular Stories" pulp science fiction magazine. The summary on the back reads: "The genetically-engineered Captain Unstoppable is once again saving the day from a galactic-scale alien invasion. After intentionally getting herself captured and brought onto the Alien Mothership, she is fighting the evil from within. Will the Captain succeed against insurmountable odds?"
