The dig team gathered at the Mayoral Estate. Something was missing. Someone was missing. Just as the realisation set in, Avery appeared in the doorway. “Sorry I’m late. My new acquaintance told me to look for you in the saloon, in the mining headquarters and then here. Please don’t leave me.” Once everybody was there, Belle addressed the dig team over dinner that evening. “Thank **y04** for saving this little town! We **4r3** forever in your debt. And personal thanks from me and Red for saving **m7** Charlie.” Belle, Red and Charlie set a table and offered drinks. Some adventurers reach out for alcoholic beverages, and some go for the water. After all, the water is now symbolic, isn’t it? Everyone finishes their drink to the **l4st** drop. Valentine pours everybody seconds and raises his glass. “Y’know, folks, maybe I was wrong to lose **h0p3**. I’m glad y’all stumbled upon our little town, before...” His smile falters, and the mood turns gray. “We were… Y’know… ”\\
