Roscoe is a truck driver, transporting cargo between different Communes. He doesn’t really look like a truck driver (although, what //does// a truck driver look like?)

You might have seen him around before. His presence doesn’t really attract attention though, so you probably wouldn’t know if you’ve seen him before. He’s pretty well-dressed (apart from basically all of his clothes having clear creases), but seems introverted.
